


Frank A. Comer, PE
Frank's Qualifications
Frank Comer is a registered, licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Kansas and Missouri. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Missouri at Kansas City in Civil Engineering and current Engineering memberships include: American Society of Civil Engineering and International Code Council. Frank has more than 35 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental, structural, civil and forensic engineering. Bernie’s Qualifications
Bernie Reams is a Certified Professional Building Designer. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Oklahoma University and is currently a member of the Home Builders Association. He has more than 40 years of experience in design, build, and management in the construction science industry. He is specially known for his artistic abilities in the illustration of concepts and designs of new buildings, additions, remodels and renovations. Homer’s Qualifications
Dr. Williams has partnered with PST for many years. He is the Principal Architect for PST’s Architectural Services. He mentors the architectural intern and project manager intern. He offers a career of experience and wisdom to the PST Team. Dr. Williams has served on several boards and agencies representing the architecture and engineering professions. He was the chairman of the Architects Division of the Missouri Board of Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors during the tragic Hyatt Hotel skywalk collapse case and was directly involved with the deliberations and findings in that case.
Dr. Williams has represented numerous clients including states, national organizations, and private industry as an expert witness in other construction or design related cases. He has designed many Kansas City Buildings and landmarks including the Northland Fountain. David's Qualifications
David Comer is an Engineering Intern. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri Kansas City. David has been working at PST since 2018 and performs inspections for residential and commercial property owners and buyers under the guidance of the Principal Engineer and Architect.
He evaluates foundations and performs property inspections for due diligence including pre-purchase examinations, design considerations, remodel/renovation, foundation movement, grade/drainage inadequacies, and structural failures (including collapse and condemnation).He oversees investigations including water intrusion, termite damage, structural collapse, improper design/construction, etc and inspect buildings for physical damage involving new construction, insurance claims, construction installation defect claims and material failure claims: e.g., hail/snow/wind, windows/siding, and installation or repair defects.

Daniel’s Qualifications
Daniel Comer graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is PST’s intern project manager in charge of the coordinating site inspections, failure mode analyses and investigations, and the record-keeping and production and deliverables to the client. He evaluates elements and systems evaluated included roofs and parapets and their coverings, floor, ceiling & wall coverings and structural elements, foundations and exterior walls, determination of structural adequacy, stability, safety and soundness, and collapse assessments, recording and documenting information and findings for engineer and architect, presentation of findings in report and drawing hard copy format, annotation of photo documentation. As a project manager, Daniel works on Scheduling, Managing, Proposing, Estimating and Coordinating Projects across Civil, Architectural and Structural fields.

Mitchell Drumright
Intern Architect
Mitchell’s Qualifications
Mitchell is on pace to graduate in May 2026 with his Bachelors of Arts degree in Architectural Studies from Kansas University. And then May 2027 with his Masters of Architecture. He has worked at PST since 2023 as an intern to our Principal Architect and Principal Engineer. He has a great deal of experience in the 3D design program Revit.
