His primary area of forensic engineering experience has been Forensic Investigations, Repair Mitigation Design, & Material Defect Inspection and Evaluation in relation to small to mid-sized businesses. Frank specializes in cases involving structural damage with moisture intrusion, drainage investigations and structural defects.
